When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If you placed the order on Friday prior to 3:00pm CET, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Depending on the type of shipping you select estimated delivery times are:

  • UPS Standard Europe delivery 2 to 4 business days
  • UPS Standard Italy delivery 1 to 3 business days
  • UPS Express Europe delivery 1 to 2 business days
  • UPS Express Italy delivery 1 to 2 business days
  • UPS Express North America 1 to 3 business days
  • UPS Express World delivery 1 week
  • GLS Europe delivery 2 to 4 business days
  • GLS Italy delivery 1 to 3 business days
  • Registered Air Mail 2 to 4 weeks

What are your shipping fees?

We calculate your shipping fees according to our negotiated rates with major shipping companies. We pass on our savings to you, our customer.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm CET, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see several shipping options on the checkout page. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties and tax?

We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions). If you are located outside the EU (European Union), pay only listed price without VAT (Value Added Tax), when receiving the parcel in your country your customs may charge you your country import tax. If you are located in the EU and you are a registered company, supply your VAT (Value Added Tax) identification number when placing your order so you will not pay VAT, otherwise you will pay the VAT rate of your country (where the goods will be shipped). If you are in Italy, VAT should be added to the prices according to the law.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the secure server of the financial institution (Paypal, Nexi, Stripe, Klarna), we will receive an authorization for the amount of goods ordered and provide you with an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you that your order has shipped and charge your credit card for the amount of goods shipped.

Why should I become a registered user?

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout since you won't have to re-enter your shipping and billing information. When you place an order that information will be filled in automatically.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time from your account page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, simply send an e-mail to customer service, do it as soon as possible. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

What are my payment options?

Our payment gateway options include: Stripe, Nexi, Paypal, and Klarna. We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. It is also possible to pre-pay your order sending a Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. Cash on Delivery is currently available only for a restricted number of customers in the EU.
